Refund policy
We hope you love the product that you ordered but if something isn’t right, let us know. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused

In its original packaging
You may return the item in one of the following ways:

In person: Return it directly to our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario

By mail: Ship it back to our Brampton warehouse

Pick-up service: We can arrange return shipping from your address. In this case, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the item:

If it is in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund for the product only

If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund
We recommend carefully packaging your return to ensure it arrives in its original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers will not be liable for any return or additional shipping costs due to damage during transportation or manufacturer's defects. If the damage/defect is limited to a small part of the item, we may choose to replace just that part by sending a replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include any items that are made on a custom order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
