Shipping policy


 

Currently, we only ship to the ten provinces of Canada. 

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • We may not be able to ship to some or all remote/rural locations. You’ll be notified if we cannot deliver to your location.

Once the order has been processed and the product is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to track where your product is, in the logistics process. The Confirmation email will also contain important information and a checklist to follow once the product has arrived.


All large products on skids are delivered between 08:00 and 18:00 local time and will be curbside delivery. We do not deliver into the home. Please note, that if you’re not available to receive your product when it arrives, then an additional charge may incur for the second attempted delivery and storage fee for the product until then.

 

What if my product is damaged?


If any damage is found, note the defects on the shipper's Bill of Lading before signing. Once the damage has been noted on the 'Bill of Lading' please report the damage within 48 hours.


Please email, mykindofbath@gmail.com or call us at 905-781-2201. Any damages reported after 48 hours may not be considered and a replacement is at the customer's own expense. We may require digital pictures of the damage sent for our records.


To mitigate any potential damage, we inspect all of the packages before shipping out to make sure there are no defects. We also take pictures and videos of all the products and send them to the customer before we package all of our products securely with packaging material like styrofoam, foam wrap, cardboard etc. (depending on the product's requirement) on a wooden skid, strapped or shrink wrapped. The customer has a chance to flag any issues, discrepancies or defects before the item is shipped.
